AI Section Regeneration

Don't like how a section reads? Highlight it and ask AI to rewrite it with different terms, tone, or focus.

   Open a contract for editing

   Go to any contract in Draft status. Open it from your Contracts list or from the Review step in the wizard.

   Highlight the section you want to change

   In the contract preview, click and drag to select the text of the section you want rewritten. A small toolbar appears above your selection.

   Click the AI Regenerate button

   Click the "Regenerate with AI" button (sparkles icon) in the toolbar. A prompt box appears.

   Describe what you want changed

   Type instructions for the AI, for example:

   • "Make this section more formal and strict"
   • "Add a clause about intellectual property ownership"
   • "Simplify this language for a non-legal audience"
   • "Make the payment terms net-30 instead of net-15"
   • "Rewrite this to be more favorable to the client"

   Click "Regenerate" and the AI will rewrite just that section.

   Accept or reject the changes

   The AI shows you the rewritten section. You can:

   • Accept — Replace the original text with the new version
   • Reject — Keep the original text
   • Try again — Give different instructions and regenerate
